FAQ: Can you sign my study abroad advisor form?

No. As part of the application, many Duke-approved study abroad programs will require a form verifying that you are a student in good standing at Duke University (different than an academic recommendation). Even though this is often called an "advisor" form, neither your global advisor nor your academic advisor can sign it. You must take the form to the Global Education Office in Smith Warehouse (where the GEO is located).

Good luck on your applications!
